Hi Sandy, thanks for sharing. I'm seeing the exact same issue on a A180d from 2015, however, it is automatic. Therefore, do you think it's the same culprit (providing the lady confirmed that it fixed it) or what would be the equivalent clutch switch part for an automatic gearbox but exact same symptom and A180d from 2015 1.5L engine? I'd really appreciate your feedback on this. Thank you again for sharing your findings.

Had the dreaded adblue, engine lights take to stealership on my 2018 1.5diesel.. cured simply.. took car for a 5 mile journey. Put in 3rd and accelerated till revs were over 4000rpm, kept at 4000 revs for 5 seconds and then again for 5 seconds. Adblue light disappeared but spanner light and emissions light stayed on. Next day drove car to work, 10 miles away,spanner and emissions light were still on at the start of journey but disappeared by the end of journey.. morale of the story.. diesels like men need a good blow out every now and then

Just completed this job and I doubt if I would have even tried it without this video and watching a few others as well on RUclips. Thank you so much for your expert explanations. Also, a big shout out to @ter0906 (below) "Remove the outside door handle and all those cables come out with the lockhandle" - i.e. remove the door handle and then following this video, you can 'relatively' easily remove the entire actuator mechanism. Thanks again.

That works better than the Amazon unit that I ordered.. mine didn't produce smoke the heat coil didn't get hot.

If you had a vacuum leak it would be more noticable at idle with high manifold vacuum compared to reving the engine which would make the leak effects less noticable.

I have the same codes on Peugeot partner but I’ve changed the filter and still have the problem. Going into limp mode and cutting up but then starting again first time. Would do your think it could be.

Just after completed the 5 yr warranty time, I suffered 2 burnt injectors in 6 months with only 21,000 km . Unreliable car Duster II diesel of 2018, not fuel issue.

Hello, thanks a lot for the video. I have a t5 2.5 tdi and makes the same noise when the AC is OFF. But when the AC cluch is engaged and AC is on, the engine sounds really smooth and nice. What can be the problem? I will be glad if you answer :)

I need to do this on mine; it’s got the same seep! Looks like a ball ache! Plus I’ll probably replace the injectors as I’m on 179k miles! (Borrowed time) But I’ve changed the oil every 10k since 71k ;-)

Great videos Sandy thanks for taking the time making them to help us all. These engines & configuration are so twitchy! My daughter’s had a faulty exhaust vanos caused it to run like a bag of spanners!! Plus it had previously been driven like a shopping car, some years only 2k miles! Anyway, replaced the vanos, fresh oil & filter, new plugs, reset vanos adaptions, bottle of Cataclean in 1/4 tank on warm engine & took it for a 30 mile “hooligan drive” aka “Italian De-Coke” Sounds like a different car! So far so good ;-)

It seems from your computer the NOX sensor was faulty. I have a cold start rough idle issue with my 2008 E90 with N43 engine on 130k miles, and my diagnostic tool is giving me multiple NOX sensor fault codes. Will probably try swapping for a used sensor first. The sensor or its heating element eventually fail.
